Purchasing Manager

We are looking for a purchasing manager from our industry!

Responsibility for business and operational activities the company has with its Contract Manufacturing suppliers worldwide- in order to achieve optimal cost structure and to assure effective supply chain.

In addition, overall responsibility for smooth Supply of material to Manufacturing and service needs. Supporting Supply also requires NPI suppliers’ management

The department is part of the Operation organization and as such, the department manager reports to the COO. 

Expected Contribution:

  • Create and monitor the performance of the purchasing strategy
  • Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to our customers
  • Negotiate costs with CM & NPI suppliers, manage products cost reduction plans
  • Assure 100% OTD: BOM materials, R&D, service parts…
  • Procure parts and materials at negotiated rate
  • Contract Manufacturing (CM)
  • Suppliers selection & management
  • Lead outsourcing projects
  • Oversee and support the purchasing department staff


  • Well experienced in the metal and/or water industry
  • 3-5 years of direct managerial experience in corporate environment
  • Proven experience in purchasing teams’ management
  • Project management, material supply assurance
  • Excellent negotiating skills and result oriented
  • Best presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English is a must

2. Product Engineer

Product engineer – Engineering Department

We are looking for a mechanical engineer with at least 3 years of experience in the plastics industry.

The product Engineer main task is to support all engineering aspects of the products that are under his responsibility. He is the products’ professional expert and focal point in the company. As part of his work he will be asked to provide general engineering support according to the company needs.

He is reporting to the Engineering Department Manager which is part of the Operation organization.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Escort products under his responsibility along the transition from R&D to serial production
  2. Provide ongoing professional support related to the products under his responsibility to the production, purchasing, planning and QA departments
  3. Provide technical support to the sales, applications and field support departments according to the needs
  4. Proactively detect problems and find relevant solutions
  5. Manage customer complaints related to the products under his responsibility
  6. Approve models and molds
  7. Constantly suggest and implement improvement to the products
  8. Initiate, write and examine ECO according to the needs
  9. Take part in preparing the necessary technical relevant documentation
  10. Work in collaboration with relevant internal interfaces
  11. Work according to Engineering work procedures
  12. Provide professional consultancy and support to all relevant functions according to company needs

Required Profile:

  • Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in the plastic industry
  • Experience with production processes focusing on plastic injection
  • Collaborative and synergistic attitude and focus
  • Experience in management and monitoring of organizational processes
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient in use of Solidworks
  • Familiarity with ERP systems  
  • Familiarity with Visio – Advantage
